Pricing principles
Clear, private-client pricing.
Monthly package fees cover VERO's agreed service and coordination scope. They do not automatically include third-party contractors, parts, materials or regulated professional services. Where practicable, VERO obtains your approval before instructing chargeable third-party work.
Ongoing clients receive regular reporting: completed actions, photographs where appropriate, expenditure, outstanding matters and recommendations.

Commercial clarity: VERO service fees cover VERO's agreed coordination and attendance. Third-party supplier, contractor, specialist, parts, materials, emergency-service and professional-adviser costs are separate and, where practicable, agreed with you before instruction. Availability, frequency, response arrangements and any service limits are confirmed in your service agreement.

Do I need to live in Spain?
No. The service is designed for international owners who may spend only part of the year in Spain.
Can you manage my property while I am abroad?
Yes — remote property and asset management is a core part of what we do.
Can you organise contractors and staff?
Yes. We source, check, coordinate and supervise appropriate suppliers and personnel. The exact legal and employment responsibility is agreed per mandate.
Can you help me find a property?
Yes — through property-search support, information gathering, viewings and coordination with the appropriate local property professionals.
Can you prepare a property for sale?
Yes, including inspections, contractors, presentation, documentation and professional coordination.
Can you help with rental properties?
Yes, subject to applicable Spanish and Andalusian requirements. Where registration or other regulated steps apply, we coordinate with the owner or operator and the appropriate professionals.
Do you provide Spanish tax advice?
No. Vero Privé provides business and financial management support and coordinates with qualified Spanish tax and accounting professionals where specialist advice is required.
How are keys and access handled?
Through controlled procedures agreed with you, with access limited to authorised personnel and documented where appropriate.
Do you offer 24-hour support?
Yes, through VERO 24 — a priority coordination add-on to any package. It is a coordination service: where emergency services or a regulated professional are required, we coordinate with them.
Can I start with one project?
Yes. VERO Ad Hoc covers individual requests, visits and projects, and you can move to an ongoing package whenever you wish.
How are third-party costs handled?
Professional and contractor costs are kept separate from Vero Privé management fees and agreed with you in advance wherever practical.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Polish, with Spanish professional coordination where required.
