Up to 4 standard visits per month. Additional visits are charged separately.
For clients who want their residence actively looked after, not simply inspected.
Visit frequency and scope are confirmed according to the property and the owner's usage.
For clients who want VERO to become their principal coordination point in Marbella.
Individually quoted for property size, assets, service frequency and required level of support.
For clients who want VERO when a specific property or lifestyle requirement arises, without a monthly commitment.
Charged per request, visit or project according to complexity. Third-party costs are separate.
A priority coordination layer outside standard service hours, added to VERO Essential, Residence or Privé, or scoped for selected Ad Hoc engagements.
Priority physical attendance is arranged where required. VERO 24 is a coordination service — where police, fire, medical services, an authorised electrician, specialist contractor or other regulated professional is required, VERO coordinates with the appropriate service. Third-party emergency and specialist costs are separate.
The VERO pre-arrival standard: plan, inspect, coordinate, prepare, report — so you arrive to everything ready. Where requested, vehicle preparation is coordinated through Vero Circuit, so your home and garage are considered together.

A luxury property can look perfect on the surface while carrying legal, planning, financial or operational complexity underneath. We organise the information and professional reviews you need before a significant commitment.
Professional boundary: VERO coordinates and manages the process. Formal legal, tax, planning, surveying and other regulated professional opinions are provided by appropriately qualified independent advisers.

Vero Privé coordinates and administers; it does not provide regulated tax, legal, accounting or estate-agency services. Where these are required, we work with your appointed professionals or with qualified, registered professionals from our network.
